This support must be booked for the 1st energy tension box. Support for additional storage or battery cabinets must be added separately (per cabinet = 1 support service).
Reservations of this commissioning Support is a requirement for maintaining the factory warranty. Alternatively, certification training can be completed.

Transport, assembly and installation must be carried out by the customer before commissioning as part of this support service. The required installation material must be checked on the basis of the instructions and local conditions and provided by the customer.
In addition to the individual system components of the power magical, the Supervision Insommodeling aid is part of the sturdy defined procedure for the commercial storage system. The experienced service technician is available to help you with the accommodation. The scope of the services includes visual inspection of the AC and DC installation, connection and testing of the liquid cooling system, system updates and configuration to final operation. Local preparations, system transport, assembly and installation must be performed on the spot in advance.
