An access reader is used to identify users who want access to a system that is protected by an access controller. It sends the registration information and the controller decides how to act.

This reader allows identification via cards or keychains with RFID EM 125 KHz, MF 13.56 MHz and MF DESFire 13.56 MHz technology, as well as a keyboard for numeric codes.

The connection to the controllers is made via RS485 or OSDP. These protocols may make a safe connection in the outdoor installation with their IP64 degree.
