The SW0605HIPOE-GF-DC-65 is a highly specialized switching solution, designed for autonomous or mobile network architectures that work on 12V or 24V DC battery systems. The main feature of this device is the power amplifier with boost technology, which increases low input voltages to provide a standardized and stable poit power supply, whereby complex inverters become superfluous. The gate configuration is unique in its class and combines 10/100/1000 Base-TX interfaces with Support for Power over Ethernet and a Gigabit SFP slot, which is a seamless integration with fiberglass infrastructures and allows full immunity to the backbone connection to interference.
The versatility of this device is particularly reflected in the power distribution per port, making it to a wide range of hardware needs. Port number 1 supports the IEEE standard for high power 802.3Bt (Hi-Poe) and supplies up to 60 W, while the ports 4 and 5 are configured with passive PoE, an essential function for feeding radio-linking equipment, WISP antennas or legacy devices that do not use active negotiation. This network intelligence is supplemented with the POE WatchDog function, which actively monitors the traffic and carries automatic restart cycles in the event of a blockade. The entire system is housed in a compact metal housing with overvoltage protection, which is specially designed for use in outer cabinets or remote stations where energy efficiency and robustness are essential.
