The VU + DVB-C FBC 4K is a loose installation tuner and offers the function of 8 separate DVB-C single tuners without an additional spent cable.


You can expand your digital receiver from VU + by this built-in cable to a DVB-C tuner with 8 tuner technique. The voltage on the RF in signal is transmitted internally to the 8 built-in demodulators.

What is a DVB-C FBC tuner?

A DVB-C FBC tuner has 8 demodulators.

This is equal to a receiver with 8 standard DVB-C tuners. This is a unique 8 tuner in 1 technique. This allows you to view, stream or record up to 8 channels at the same time.

With 1 coax CAI connection it is possible to achieve the same result with this DVB-C FBC tuner as with 8 separate, standard DVB-C set-top boxes.

In the SCR mode (unicable), your digital receiver with 8 frequencies is equal to 8 standard tuners. This makes full use of the 8 tuners FBC technology.
