The Polytron HDM-1T is both a modulator and encoder, so can the Polytron HDM-1T Serliming both DVB-T and IP. This HDM-1T can handle a HDMI signal up to 1080p and has a MER value of 42 dB, extremely suitable for a large distribution network.
